A little dash of classic, old-school hip-hop, little bit of silliness, and a little bit of theology. There’s a saying that goes something like – there are three sides to every story; yours, mine, and the truth. To Lyle, God is not only the author of truth but IS the truth. He’s the only one that knows best. It’s kind of up to us to accept that and follow that – but even if we reject it nothing changes because reality is HIS. We get to wrestle with that down here/this side of eternity the best we can. Lyle believes the best source of navigating through life and faith is God’s Word – a history of very flawed people trying to live with, figure out, and teach about God and lead us to Jesus. May we ever seek and learn and grow in His Truth!

Anything that’s not in the book is an opinion and if it’s in the book we better listen cause it comes from the heavens unseen Spirit carried along words and visions to the writers so we might get it it’s a miracle fear it

it isn’t really working is it?
Politics and culture shifts haven’t fixed a thing
What feels good isn’t always fulfilling
Good for a minute then it leaves you feeling empty
Ever wonder why we cannot find the reasons why – all good one day then sadness and misery
Nothing fixes everything
Cause we can’t do it on our own uh

Convincing people hazy half-truths and just plain lazy explanations for their problems
