My thoughts are unstoppable when I go to bed to early then I fill my head with worry so I wanna turn it off I wanna turn it off so focused on a pocketful of my anxious obnoxious apocalypse level drama someone snap me out of it I just wanna turn it off

But when I try too hard to convince myself to shut up that's when I realize I'm losing the battle so I have a choice keep fighting and accomplish nothing or wake up and use this energy to make something good for you mood for you I know I need to stop trying to prove my love for you you know I'm good for it you know I died for it I've been all in since I fell in and came up breathing so what what do you want me to do what what do you want me to do and how how do you want me to move how do you how do you want me to move look its not about hip hop electronic rock its just my thoughts dropped over some beats and music in a stream of conciousness but I'm barely concious truth is I'm just starting to wake up

I just wanna go back to sleep but I'm here...

I tried counting sheep but the sheep just keep laughing at me
I tried counting sheep but they just keep picking at me sheep aren't very reliable really you can scatter and scare them easily but they can get riled up and gang up and show up and fill you with anxiety and that's not relaxing
And I'm just trying to sleep
